By creating an account or using Cohort, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Paid courses grant you lifetime access to the course materials upon successful payment. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content.
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not completed more than 2 weeks of course content. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
All course content, including videos, readings, assignments, and materials, is owned by Cohort and its instructors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from course content without written permission.
You agree to participate respectfully in discussions and live sessions. Harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from courses without refund.
Certificates of completion are issued upon finishing all required modules and assignments. Certificates represent completion of the programme and are not academic degrees or professional certifications.
Cohort is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
